Dear Alan,

I want to let you know how glad I am that I made the move to your office!  It has been a wonderful few months and I know I am in the right place.  I am grateful that provide us, the Executives, with all the tools necessary to become a top agent.  The support, ingenuity and camaraderie is immeasurable.  I really appreciate how you make yourself available for training, mentoring, brainstorming and that you are open to suggestions and new ideas.  I am so proud to be part of a team that prides itself on integrity and professionalism.  Thanks again for making an Executive!
